Market entry strategy for SaaS and AI companies
The most expensive outbound mistake is not bad copy. It is twelve months of good execution aimed at the wrong market. Before we send anything, we work out where you should be sending it.
Which market, in what order
We size and score candidate markets against the things that actually predict traction for a company your size: how many accounts genuinely fit your ICP, what they already spend on the problem, how crowded the category is locally, how long the sales cycle runs, what it costs to reach a buyer there, and whether you can support the timezone and the compliance requirements today.
The output is an ordered list with the reasoning attached, not a heatmap. Usually the answer is one market first, properly, rather than three at once badly.
Who the buyer is there
A title that owns budget in San Francisco often does not in Frankfurt or Riyadh. We map the buying committee for your product in the specific market: who evaluates, who signs, who blocks, and what each of them is measured on. Then we write the personas your reps can actually use in a call.
What the market already believes
Competitor and pricing landscape, category language, the incumbent your buyer is comparing you to whether or not you consider them a competitor, and the objections that come up locally and nowhere else. This is where most imported messaging quietly breaks.
The messaging that follows from it
Positioning for that market, value propositions per persona, proof points ranked by what that buyer trusts, and the first sequences in each channel. Written to be tested, not carved in stone.
A 90 day plan
Channel mix, target account universe, volumes, the team and tools required, what to measure in weeks two, six and twelve, and the specific signals that should make you double down or pull out. Written so your team can execute it whether or not we run it.
Standalone or as the first phase
Some clients take the market entry work on its own and run the outbound in house afterwards. That is a legitimate outcome and we price it as a standalone engagement. Most use it as phase one of a full pod.
FAQ
How long does it take?
[CONFIRM: typical timeline, e.g. 3 to 4 weeks]
What do we get at the end?
[CONFIRM: deliverable list, e.g. market scorecard, ICP and persona doc, messaging framework, 90 day plan]
Can you do this for a market you have not worked in?
Yes, and we will say so upfront. The research method is the same. What changes is how much we lean on primary conversations in that market versus existing knowledge.
Do we have to use you for execution afterwards?
No. The plan is written to be executable by your team.
